Module 6: Leaders Adapting & Improving
Through Data

In this last module for the first year, teams are guided through activities to compare their growth of installation changes from the start of the year to the end of the year.  Teams are guided on how to use various tools and instruments to measure annually their own school’s progress in developing conditions to support whole-child evidence-based practices and services.  They are also guided in the final step of problem solving involving a determination of a plans’ effectiveness, and what to consider or do to adapt the plan for improved outcomes.  As the final module in a series focused on preparing cohort school sites to support implementing evidence-based tiered services, and a structured data-based problem solving process, teams are provided with planning time and coaching supports to (a) continue to invest in their team’s own collective capacity to engage in implementation practices; and (b) begin planning their role-out of trainings and coaching supports for staff.
